Excellent Service. I have mobility issues and at around 1:30 AM I fell to the floor and was unable to get myself up again and my husband was unable to help me by himself so he went to the front desk to see if someone could help and there he came back with 2 male employees, wish I would of gotten their names because the 2 of them were able to lift me up from the floor without making me feel like I was a bother. These 2 guys deserve a huge thank you... Would like to make sure that they get recognized for their kindness. We need more people like the 2 of you in this world.

The hotel was very good especially the quality for money paid. The free breakfast was much better than we assumed. There were waffles, pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon in the 'warm' section and then yogurts, cereals, bagels , muffins etc. Of course the usual coffee and juices. There were a number of tables for seating too which was unexpected. The pool was lovely. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. We had an excellent get away for two nights stay thanks to the hotel.

The breakfast is awesome very friendly and helpful staff who seem to love their job!! I stayed here before and when my friend and I left in the morning my friend left his money clip on the front counter. we drove about 4 hours before he realized it was missing so we stopped and searched for it. He finally phoned the hotel and described the cash clip and it was found by a staff member and over 2000. in cash was returned to him. This is the kind of people I want to stay with, end of story.

I stayed here because I had to take an early morning flight from Bangor airport. The hotel is conveniently located 6 minutes by car from Bangor airport. Good breakfast and comfortable rooms, with all amenities neatly provided. They have a small gym and a pool for a quick workout. The manager is a fantastic person who is ready to assist in every situation. She made my stay memorable.

I like that there is a nice breakfast and lots of vending machines, a good sized pool, our room was large and had lots of seating, and the place is very quiet. Close to the Waterfront which is great since we go see a lot of concerts there. Fairly close to restaurants and shopping. Staff is very friendly.
